Anxiety Isn’t a Sin—It’s a Signal

Feeling anxious? You’re not alone. Anxiety isn’t a sin; it’s a signal. Just like a warning light in your car, anxiety is your body’s way of saying, “Hey, something’s up!” It’s not about guilt or failure—it’s about recognizing that you’re human and need help.

When anxiety hits, it’s time to pause and pray. Take a deep breath and bring your worries to God. He cares about what’s on your mind, no matter how big or small. You don’t need fancy words—just honesty. “God, I’m overwhelmed. Help me.”

Remember, even Jesus felt anguish in the Garden of Gethsemane. He cried out to God, and so can you. You’re not designed to handle everything on your own. Let God carry the weight.

So next time anxiety knocks, don’t ignore it. Use it as a reminder to turn to God. Pray, pause, and trust that He’s got you.

Turn to God
