The Art of Small Steps
I often times catch myself trying to solve everything at once. Familiar feeling? We often think healing or growth needs to be this dramatic transformation. But I'm discovering it's more about those tiny, almost invisible choices we make each day.
It's choosing to write in your journal when thoughts get too loud. Taking a walk when anxiety creeps in. Sending that text to a friend instead of isolating yourself.
Like Jeremiah reminds us, "Yet this I call to mind, and therefore I have hope." Sometimes hope starts with simply choosing to remember - choosing to take that next small step, trusting that God's faithfulness meets us there.
These small steps might not feel significant in the moment, but they're quietly leading us forward. What small step can you take today?
